The calculation set out below is a guide price only. There may be certain circumstances where the price needs to be altered slightly. We refer below to some examples when this may occur:-
If we can’t reach the roof by ladder (usually anything over two stories) and a small scaffolding tower is needed. A price will be provided for this upon request.
Upon removal of the old felt some wooden boards/plywood might need replacing if damaged. An additional cost per square meter will be charged.
